More than 150 officers from state, local, and federal law-enforcement agencies are on the hunt for a 32-year-old fugitive who stole at least a dozen weapons from a store and sent a 160-page anti-government manifesto to President Trump. Joseph Jakubowski, who stole the weapons in Janesville, Wisconsin, is considered armed and dangerous, with 16 high-caliber rifles and handguns, a bulletproof vest, and a helmet. His manifesto contained an “anti-religion sentiment,” which led local churches to increase security presence in the area Sunday. Police say they believe he planned to carry out some kind of unspecific attack with the weapons.
