The Wisconsin governor’s recall election may be little covered by the national media, but the Badger State’s domestic diaspora is ready to vote. The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board announced Friday that it has issued at least 182,228 absentee ballots for next week’s election—nearly three times the amount of absentee ballots sent out for the state’s primary in May. The election is expected to draw between 60 percent and 65 percent of eligible voters, about the same as a presidential election.
