A southern Russian court has sentenced one 19-year-old girl and two women in their 20s to 15 and 10 days in jail, respectively, for twerking next to a World War II memorial. Prosecutors had launched an investigation after a video surfaced of a group of women twerking near a memorial on the Black Sea. They were convicted of “hooliganism.” Two of the women were spared jail time due to poor health.
