Three teenage boys—ages 13, 16, and 17—have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting Jan. 26 at a Seattle homeless encampment. The boys are accused of killing two people and wounding three others in what authorities have said might have stemmed from a drug deal at an area known as The Jungle. The teens were arrested underneath an interstate, police said. “There are no outstanding suspects that we’re aware of,” an official added.
