Actor Khan Bonfils, famous for his roles in Star Wars and Skyfall, collapsed and died during a theater rehearsal in London on Tuesday. Bonfils, 42, was rehearsing for the Craft Theatre’s production of Dante's Inferno when he collapsed. Members of the company and paramedics were unable to resuscitate him. Director Rocky Rodriguez Jr. performed CPR on Bonfils, according to company spokesman Chris Hislop. The cause of death is still unknown. “With great sadness, we announce the death of Khan Bonfils,” a statement from Craft Theatre read. “His sudden loss is a tragedy and he will be sorely missed.” Bonfils was known for his work as Jedi master Saesee Tiin in Star Wars: Episode 1—The Phantom Menace and in the James Bond film Skyfall. He also appeared in Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, Tomorrow Never Dies and Batman Begins.
