After speaking agency Leading Authorities listed events pairing the former rival campaign managers for presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, the marketing material was removed on Wednesday following backlash. The pair were reportedly planning to embark on a paid speaking circuit, where they would profit from their experience trying to take one another down. Robby Mook, of Clinton's campaign, and Corey Lewandowski, of Trump's campaign, were said to offer a “future-focused look at why Trump won.” The materials listed the two as an “entertaining pair sure to keep any audience engaged.” But a few hours after the listing made news, a spokesperson for the firm said the statement “was generated by our team,” and that they have since removed it. “There has been great interest in both Corey and Robby individually, but want to be clear that they have not teamed up. This was solely our team’s idea,” he said.
