The besieged Syrian town of Madaya, which made headlines after at least 10 people starved to death, has finally received aid in the form of food and medical supplies. United Nations vehicles arrived in the town near the Lebanese border Monday as part of an agreement. Multiple agencies have warned that nearly 40,000 in Madaya people are at risk for starvation.
