Days of torrential rain in Albania have flooded more than 2,000 homes and some 38 square miles of land, leading to the evacuation of thousands of people. The central and southern regions of the country have been hit worst. Italy, Greece, and other nearby countries are offering aid and assistance; along with Albania, Bosnia has been suffering from torrential downpours.
