The Libyan rebels may have help coming after all. In a special meeting in Cairo, the Arab League voted to ask the U.N. Security Council to impose a no-fly zone over the country, cutting Gaddafi's military advantage. The U.K. and France have been pushing for the idea, but haven't gotten much support from the European Union or NATO. NATO cited regional support as a precondition for going ahead with the policy. Meanwhile, the rebels have been driven out of the key oil port of Ras Lanuf, and some reports suggest they've been pushed back even farther. Only Syria and Algeria opposed the vote for a no-fly zone.
