Miniskirt Warning In China: Police officers in China are now strongly advising women not to wear mini-skirts or hotpants in public to avoid sexual harassment. In a statement published in the China Daily, Chinese transport officials urge, "[women] should shelter their bodies with bags, magazines and newspapers." If caught, perpetrators of sexual harassment face a warning, a fine, or up to 15 days in detention. [Dailly Mail]
