Kellogg’s has created a restaurant that seems designed to appeal to Jerry Seinfeld.
On July 4th, the company is opening Kellogg’s NYC, a restaurant in Times Square that will serve only Kellogg’s cereals and concoctions made from those cereals.
“For us the really big goal is to look at cereal in a new way and to help others look at it in a new way,” Kellogg’s spokesperson Sandra Di Capua told CNN Money.
Momofuku Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi helped put together the menu, which includes items like “Life in Color”—Froot Loops with lime zest, marshmallows, and passion fruit jam—and “Honey Buzz”—Honey Smacks with honey, toasted pecans and banana chips.
