Vice President Joe Biden has some midterm predictions. On Monday, Biden told CNN that pundits haven’t convinced him that Republicans will take control of the Senate. If they did, it wouldn’t impact the Obama administration. “I don’t think it would change anything, in terms of what we’re about,” he said. “We know what we have to get done the last two years.
