Two of the biggest banks in the world, Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds, said they will relocate to London if Scotland ends up voting to break away. The news came hours after a new poll revealed a very small lead for those in favor of staying in the union with England. Lloyds, which controls the Bank of Scotland, and RBS are both partly nationalized by the British government.
