No stranger to the brand, Lively sat front row at the Chanel show during the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week in September, has worn Chanel designs on multiple occasions—and made an appearance alongside Karl Lagerfeld at the reopening of a Chanel store in SoHo during New York Fashion Week.
