Nigerian officials said Sunday 86 people were dead after Islamic extremist group Boko Haram attacked Dalori village and two nearby camps housing 25,000 refugees in country’s troubled northeast. One of the survivors, who said he lost several family members in the attack, told the AP on Saturday he heard children screaming as they were burning to death. Three suicide bombers along with armed militants wreaked havoc for nearly four hours about three miles from Maiduguri, the birthplace of Boko Haram and the biggest city in the region. Mohammed Kanar, area coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency, said 86 bodies were recovered Sunday, while hospital officials say 62 survivors were being treated for burns.
