The Denver Broncos have sent home practice-squad safety Ryan Murphy after he was questioned in a prostitution sting Tuesday amid the team’s Super Bowl preparations. “We decided it was best if we continued our preparation for Super Bowl 50 without him,” Head Coach Gary Kubiak said in a statement. Murphy was released by San Jose Police, but his brother and a suspected prostitute received citations in the operation at a motel parking lot Tuesday. Kubiak added that Murphy would remain on the practice squad, but would not participate in Super Bowl week. Practice-squad players traveled with the team to California to serve as the scout team in three practice sessions.
