The suspect behind the shooting of police in Moncton, Canada was caught at 12:10 a.m. after a day-long manhunt. Justin Bourque, 24, was arrested in the backyard of a town resident who says he came out with his hands up saying, "I'm done." Three members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police died in the shooting, and two others were wounded. One of those who died, Dave Ross, was the father of a 19-month-old and his wife was expecting another baby. The suspect’s Facebook page shows a photo posted earlier on Wednesday with the caption: “If you have a problem with law-abiding citizens being armed, then you are the reason law-abiding citizens are armed.”
