The Romney campaign plane has only so much room, and it's not going to waste any of it on Internet reporters. At least that's the impression the Romney camp gave certain news outlets when they were excluded from a flight from Charleston to Greenville, S.C., Friday. Reporters from ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Fox, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Associated Press, Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg were all welcome aboard Air Romney, but Politico, Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, and Boston Herald didn't make the cut. While a reason for who made it on the plane and who didn't was not explicitly given, Politico points out that three of the four news outlets left off the plane are based online. Reporters grumbled about having to drive the three hours from Charleston to Greenville, and BuzzFeed gave the Romney camp a piece of its mind.
