Imagine if we had to suffer through a presidential elections more often. That's what Canada is experiencing today as voters across the provinces head to the polls for the third time in four years. Our northern neighbor is the first major economic power to hold general elections since the global economic crisis began, and Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is expected to hang onto his post, if barely.
