In an interview with ABC News, former president and Sec State hubby Bill Clinton gave Obama an "A" on his first month in office and weighed in on two catchphrases from the election: Straight talk and hope. Regarding Obama's language on the economy, "I'm glad he shot straight with us," said Clinton, but "I just would like him to end by saying that he is hopeful and completely convinced we're gonna come through this." Clinton also chastised Republicans for resisting bipartisanship—"it takes two to tango... there are some of them who really believe that just-say-no politics is good politics"—but expressed optimism in Obama's leadership style and tactics.
