How do American artists present themselves to the world? With neon, of course. Bruce Nauman and the Philadelphia Museum of Art have teamed up on “Topological Gardens,” a glow-in-the-dark show at the Biennale’s U.S. pavilion. Nauman’s exhibit will feature “Vices and Virtues,” one of Nauman’s signature pieces on the façade. The show, which runs through November, will be organized into three categories: “heads to hands,” “fountains to neons,” and “sound to space.”
