Tech geeks who jumped at Google’s first phone, the Nexus One, may soon want their money back. The smartphone users are experiencing problems, but no one at Google's customer service is answering their calls. Because the tech giant is selling its phone directly to users, those with issues are turning to the Web site for customer support, but finding that it doesn't offer the assistance cell phone users are used to. Currently, Google is only accepting e-mail queries, to which customers are promised a reply in no more than two days. Some not willing to wait have reached out to T-Mobile and HTC, but are reportedly being turned back to Google. Many are complaining about the Nexus One’s poor 3G performance, and message boards are quickly filling up with customer grievances. Google, T-Mobile, and HTC reportedly did not reply to comment requests.
