President Obama was in Florida on Thursday to announce $1.25 billion in funding for a high-speed rail, but really he was testing out his new, tougher message. "We ran to get the tough stuff done," Obama said. "I make no apology for trying to fix stuff that's hard. Change never comes without a fight." Continuing the theme of Wednesday's State of the Union Address, Obama said job creation is his No. 1 priority. He was greeted by Florida Governor Charlie Crist—a surprise to some because Crist is locked in a primary battle with right-wing challenger Marco Rubio for Florida's open Senate seat. Asked if he did not want to appear with the president, Crist said, "If that were true, I wouldn't be here."
