An update on Congress’s health-care ping-pong: The health-care reconciliation bill is headed back to the House after the Senate passed it 56-43. Originally, it was expected that the bill would go to President Obama’s desk after Senate passage, but Republicans identified parliamentary problems that will require the House to vote again. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) said the House will take the bill up again Thursday afternoon.
