At least 30 are dead in Moscow after two suspected suicide bombers detonated in the city's subway system during the Monday morning rush hour. The first bombing hit a train just before 8 a.m. at Lubyanka station, in the center of the Russian capital, killing at least 20—both on the train and on the platform. The radio station Ekho Moskvy reports the second attack took place about 40 minutes later on the platform as a train left Park Kultury station, where officials say at least 12 more are dead. It's the first deadly attack on the Moscow metro system since 2004.
