Susan Boyle to Serenade Pope?

She dreamed a dream—and perhaps it’s now coming true? Susan Boyle, the woman who shot to global fame after her unlikely amazing performance last year on Britain’s Got Talent, could be getting a new gig—singing for Pope Benedict XVI when he visits Britain. A Church spokesman said Boyle would be a “great asset” and that he hoped for a meeting to discuss having the singer perform during public mass in a Glasgow park. The September trip would be the first papal visit to Britain since 1982. Boyle is a former church worker.
