Kristi Lynn Gibson Not Engaged to Bret Michaels

Bret Michaels may be back with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Kristi Lynn Gibson, but despite a ring, the Poison frontman says they are “not engaged yet.” Gibson reportedly stayed by Michaels' side throughout his recent health scares and has been seen wearing a diamond ring as of late. But Michaels, who has two daughters with Gibson, called the speculative ring a “promise ring, a friendship ring with benefits,” according to the New York Daily News. The rock star added that the couple is “a work in progress,” but said Gibson is "a beautiful woman. She's strong. I love her. We respect each other. And I think that's the start of a great relationship."
