After an early release from jail, there could be more good news (all things considered) for Lindsay Lohan. The actress could see her court-mandated term in rehab for drugs and alcohol cut short, according to the lawyer who prosecuted her. "It is looking as if that is what the health-care professionals are going to recommend," the prosecutor said Thursday. It is not yet clear when Lohan would be released. And, once she is out, she might have to receive follow-up treatment. Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in rehab for missing alcohol-education classes that were part of her probabation stemming from 2007 drunk-driving charges. She left prison on August 2, just 13 days into her sentence and immediately entered the rehab facility.
