At long last Meghan McCain is breaking her silence on Sarah Palin. While doing promotional rounds for her new book, Dirty Sexy Politics, McCain said Palin brought "drama, stress, complications, panic and loads of uncertainty" to her father's failed 2008 presidential bid during an appearance on Tuesday's Good Morning America. McCain did clarify, however, that Palin was not the reason why her father's campaign for the Oval Office failed. "I do clearly state at the end that we did not lose because of her, and I'm speaking out now because I do have conflicting feelings about her," McCain told GMA's George Stephanopoulos. When Stephanopoulos asked if McCain would support a potential Palin 2012 presidential bid, McCain said, "Anyone could be my candidate at this point," and added that she "would have to see" before deciding whether to vote for Palin.
