The Texas Rangers took advantage of the World Series returning to the Lone Star State to keep hope alive for their first ever title. After dropping the first two games in San Francisco, the Rangers rallied behind the stellar pitching of Colby Lewis to win 4-2 Saturday night, and cut the Giants’ series lead to 2-1. The Rangers posted three early runs in the second inning and tacked on another in the fifth, leaving the Giants in a 4-0 hole — their pair of runs in the seventh and eighth proved too little, too late. "When we win, it's the real Rangers," said Texas second baseman Ian Kinsler. "When we lose, it's the fake version." The Rangers will have a chance to even the series tonight in Game 4 when Tommy Hunter takes the mound against San Francisco’s Madison Bumgarner.
