New travel procedures go into effect on Monday at Newark International Airport after U.S. and British officials examined Friday’s mail bombs from Yemen. The FBI says the bombs—discovered in cargo planes in Germany, the U.K. and the U.A.E, were supposed to detonate in mid-flight. Two of the bombs flew on passenger flights before they were found and neutralized. The bombs were addressed to synagogues in Chicago, but were supposed to detonate in transit.
