Third time's the charm. Legendary country singer Willie Nelson was arrested—again—for possessing marijuana on his tour bus. At a routine checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas, police smelled a certain odor from Nelson's bus and arrested the 77-year-old when they discovered six ounces of the substance on the bus. Nelson claimed the drugs as his own and spent a brief time in jail before he paid a $2,500 fine. "He could get 180 days in county jail, which if he does, I'm going to make him cook and clean,” said the local sheriff. “He can wear the stripy uniforms just like the other ones do." Nelson was fined and charged in 2006 and 1995 for possessing marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
