Despite months of public mockery, Charlie Sheen has apparently maintained a good sense of humor. The Two and a Half Men star surprised an audience at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday at a TV taping of Drew Carey’s Improv-a-ganza. Cast members told the crowd that they had unexpectdly run into Sheen on the infamous Vegas Strip earlier that day and invited him to make an appearance. Though he initially missed his cue, according to the Los Angeles Times, Sheen eventually stepped out on the stage, “looking unsteady on his feet.” He referred to himself in the third person and joked about getting “friendly” with a “dead hooker.” In one improvised scene about an engaged prince, Sheen took on the royal title and jokingly demanded a prenuptial agreement. After the show, the disgraced actor shook fans’ hands, a gesture that came just days after a CBS exec said she had a “high level of concern” for Sheen. The actor's rep confirmed his appearance on Improv-a-ganza, which is currently slated to premiere in March on the Game Show Network (GSN).
