Jared Lougher, the man accused of fatally shooting six and wounding 13 others in Tucson, Arizona, was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday. Loughner, who shot and critically wounded Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) in the shooting, was charged with attempting to assassinate the congresswoman and trying to kill two of her aides. Loughner has previously been charged with two murders in relation to the deaths of another Giffords aide and a federal judge. Further charges relating to the deaths of civilians are pending.
