The leaders of all three major branches of Judaism have signed a two-page newspaper ad calling for Rupert Murdoch to put an end to all the Nazi comparisons on Fox News. And they're using one of Murdoch's most prized publications—The Wall Street Journal—to get the mogul's attention. The ad specifically criticizes Glenn Beck and Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes, two of the network's most reliable offenders. Beck falsely accused liberal billionaire George Soros, who hid with a Christian family in Nazi Germany, of "sending Jews to death camps." In an interview with The Daily Beast, Ailes called other news executives "Nazis," and slammed the "left-wing rabbis" who object. But as Jon Stewart recently demonstrated, Nazi comparisons air around the clock on Fox News. "It is not appropriate to make literally hundreds of on-air references to the Holocaust and Nazis when characterizing people with whom you disagree," the ad insists.
