Actress/singer Demi Lovato was released from a treatment facility Friday and is now home in L.A, TMZ was the first to report. "She will continue to see doctors who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment," a source told People magazine. The 18-year-old Disney star made headlines when she checked into rehab in late October for "emotional and physical issues” after allegedly punching a female backup dancer while on tour with the Jonas Brothers.
