BlackBerry take note: a survey conducted by United Sample found that 66 percent of Verizon BlackBerry users will trade in their tried and true gizmo for the iPhone 4 on February 10, when the phone will finally be available to the network’s subscribers. According to the survey, the biggest reason for the switch is supposedly because of the iPhone's superior ability to easily play or transfer media, while the main thing holding people back was chalked up to costs of the phone and its data plans. Time will tell whether this survey will be reflected in the purchases of the general population on launch day. If the Verizon iPhone 4's pre-sale is any indication, both Verizon and Apple are likely to end the day with potentially record-breaking profits.
