Where will he go next? Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann will announce his next television venture at a press conference Tuesday morning, and speculation is that he’ll end up at Al Gore’s Current TV in some capacity. One person briefed on the plan told The New York Times that Olbermann would obtain an equity stake in Current, a public-affairs channel founded in part by Gore that has long languished in the cable ratings. It would be a smaller pond for Olbermann, who used to draw about 1 million viewers per night on MSNBC; Current TV is accessible in about 60 million homes. Two days before Olbermann suddenly left MSNBC, the domain name TheOlbermannShow.com was registered.
