The space shuttle Discovery safely arrived at the International Space Station on Saturday, docking in orbit after a blast-off on Thursday. The shuttle, on its 39th and final mission, has a crew of six—as well as a robot—and will be delivering 10 tons of cargo to help the space station prepare for a future without shuttle visits. The Discovery is NASA’s oldest surviving shuttle and will be retired after its 11-day mission.
