The FBI has added a Texas day care owner who allegedly is responsible for a fire that killed four children to the “15 Most Wanted” list. The Houston fire department said they tried to interview Jessica Tata, 22, twice on the day after the fatal fire, but Tata refused. Seven children were left unsupervised at the day care when the fire started and were trapped inside. Witnesses said Tata then returned with a car full of groceries and started screaming, and investigators believed she was present at the fire and too upset to speak. U.S. Marshals said they believed Tata fled to Georgia and then to Nigeria. She has been charged with six counts of reckless injury to a child, three counts of abandoning a child under 15 and four counts of manslaughter.
