Jared Loughner has once again pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a Jan. 8 shooting spree in Tucson, Arizona. Loughner, who in January pleaded not guilty to shooting Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, was in federal court in Tucson again Wednesday, where he made the same plea in response to dozens of additional charges. The shooting killed six and injured 13 others. Loughner is also expected to face state charges, but law mandates that federal charges must come first.
