A rebellious, adolescent cobra from Egypt escaped from its off-exhibit cage in New York's Bronx Zoo on Saturday, forcing zoo employees to close off the Reptile House and comb the museum for the 20-inch long serpent. Officials claimed they searched high and low, checking all of the confined spaces where a snake would naturally be drawn to coil inside, but had not found the reptile as of Saturday night. The Reptile House will remain closed to the public until the snake is found.
