Maybe this will be the time Lindsay Lohan learns that when you fight the law, the law wins? The troubled actress was sentenced Friday to 120 days in county jail after a judge found her guilty of violating her probation in a theft case involving a necklace. Lohan was remanded into custody and taken to the basement of the courthouse for booking. She will also be expected to complete 480 hours of community service, 360 of which must be performed at the Downtown Women’s Center—so Lohan can see how needy women live—and the remaining 120 hours at the L.A. County Morgue. Judge Stephanie Sautner said Lohan should have called the store and notified the owners about its missing necklace sooner (Lohan claimed she mistakenly took it out of the store) instead of waiting until the cops were about to raid her house. Earlier Friday, Sautner downgraded the theft charge to a misdemeanor, but the judge was reportedly moved by the surveillance footage from the store.
