Hillary Clinton may be ready for a less high-pressure job than her current one, but she won’t be retiring completely. Sources say the secretary of state is negotiating her exit from the Obama administration to become World Bank president. She would next year; the term of current chief Robert Zoellick runs out in mid-2012. The White House declined to comment, while a Clinton spokesman said she did not want the job and had not discussed it with White House officials.
