A third man was arrested in the investigation into News of the World's paying police officers for information. The unnamed 63-year-old man was taken from an address in Surrey before being bailed out till October. The arrest comes as Rupert Murdoch flies to England to personally manage the crisis that threatens to torpedo his company's takeover of BkyB. Meanwhile, Rebekah Brooks, News International's chief executive, told staff that further revelations will soon bring "another very difficult moment in this company's history," and that when that happens they will understand why she didn't resign.
