Bill Bratton, the former chief of the New York, L.A., and Boston police departments, may be willing to lead Scotland Yard, but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to handle the London riots. At least, that’s what many U.K. police have said after Prime Minister David Cameron enlisted Bratton to advise him on how to fight back against street gangs, who reportedly started the onslaught of chaos that has gripped the U.K. "I am not sure I want to learn about gangs from an area of America that has 400 of them," Hugh Orde, president of the Association of Chief Police Officers, said.
