After announcing it would buy the popular restaurant-reviews company Zagat on Thursday, The Wall Street Journal revealed the price of the deal on Friday: $125 million, according to a Zagat spokesperson. Google is expected to integrate Zagat’s reviews and ratings into its Google Places and Google Maps services. Google executives would not say the exact purchase price, but the company was valued at $125 million 11 years ago.
