Interpol issued Red Notice arrest warrants for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi; his son, Saif al-Islam; and his brother-in-law, Abdullah al-Senussi. The notices will help with the extradition of Gaddafi and impede his ability to cross borders, according to the International Criminal Court. There's still no sign of Gaddafi, however. A senior U.S. official told CNN that the U.S. does not know where the ousted leader is and doesn't think the rebels know either. This despite a spokesman for the new Tripoli Military Council saying anti-Gaddafi fighters have the former ruler cornered. The spokesman did not reveal a location.
