Private investigator Derek Webb said that Prince William, Prince Harry, Chelsy Davy, Daniel Radcliffe, and Attorney General Lord Goldsmith were among the 90 people News of the World asked him to spy on as part of a covert investigation. A former policeman and surveillance expert, Webb said he worked for the now-defunct newspaper News of the World for eight years. He says he has come forward now because he believes he is owed bonuses and loyalty payments. News International, the British wing of News Corp., the company that owned News of the World, confirmed Monday that two lawyers who had investigated the phone hacking were among the victims of the secret surveillance program.
