Santorum wants to be the new Rick in Joe Arpaio's life. The notorious sheriff from Arizona's Maricopa County endorsed Rick Perry back in November but is now a free agent since Perry dropped out of the race. Santorum made an appearance at the Maricopa Country GOP Lincoln Day lunch Tuesday, which Arpaio attended, and according to the sheriff's Facebook page, the two will be meeting privately. A survey from Public Policy Polling found that 32 percent of Arizona's Republican voters would prefer a candidate supported by Arpaio.
